DE PERE, Wis. (WFRV) – Drivers in De Pere are being asked by police to avoid the area of I-41 South and Main Avenue as they work to clear the scene of a rolled-over semi-truck.
According to a release from the De Pere Police Department, the Ramp from I-41 south to Main Avenue is closed after a semi-truck rolled over late Monday morning. The entire roundabout in that area is said to be closed as well.
Police are asking drivers to plan an alternate route and to avoid the area so that crews can work to clear the scene.
They add that Southbound traffic will have to exit at Scheuring Road until the semi-truck ios removed and the issue is resolved.
