MARINETTE COUNTY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has provided an update on the crash that occurred on US 141 at County Z.
Officials say the crash has been cleared and all lanes of traffic are now open.
All lanes of US 141 in Marinette County near Pembine are closed due to a crash, expected to last over 2 hours

(WFRV) – Motorists planning to take US 141 in the northern part of Marinette County near Pembine will need to find a different route as both lanes of the highway are closed.
According to officials, both northbound and southbound lanes of US 141 in Marinette County are closed. The closure is from CTH Z to Cemetery Road between Pembine and Beecher.
A crash is reportedly the cause of the closure. The incident reportedly happened around 11:35 a.m. The closure is expected to last over two hours.
Northbound traffic will have to use the following alternate, with southbound traffic needing to follow the reverse path:
- Exit US 141 at CTH H
- Head east on CTH Z to Tower Line Road
- Head North on Tower Line Road/Reed Road to Cementary Road
- Head West on Cementary Road back to US 141
There was no information available on what caused the crash or whether there were any injuries.
