GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A former defensive lineman for the Green Bay Packers was arrested on Sunday and is facing five charges.
According to a criminal complaint obtained by Local 5, 37-year-old (and former Green Bay Packer) Letroy Guion was arrested on June 8 following an alleged disturbance. On June 8, around 5:50 a.m., an officer in Green Bay was sent to a reported disturbance where a man threw a rock through a car’s window.
Authorities spoke with someone in the vehicle that had the broken window, who identified Guion as the one who threw the rock.
In the complaint, it was mentioned that officers were speaking with Guion at a nearby gas station. Guion was cooperative with officers, the complaint said.
When asked to go into his vehicle, Guion reportedly told authorities to just tow it. Authorities later found a white powder substance believed to be cocaine, according to the complaint.
Authorities reportedly asked Guion what the substance was, and he allegedly said it was cocaine. He claimed that he had been run over by the victim’s vehicle.
Guion’s vehicle was then searched, where bags with a green leafy substance were allegedly found in addition to a digital scale. Approximately 960 grams of marijuana were taken from his vehicle, the complaint said. 960 grams is just over two pounds.
The complaint said Guion also had over $4,000 on him at the time of the arrest.
Guion is charged with:
- Possession with intent to deliver (THC), >200 – 1,000G), repeater
- Felony
- Up to six years in prison (Can be increased by four years due to being a repeater)
- Possession of cocaine, repeater
- Misdemeanor
- Up to one year in prison (Can be increased by two years due to being a repeater)
- Battery, repeater
- Misdemeanor
- Up to nine months in prison (Can be increased by two years due to being a repeater)
- Criminal damage to property, repeater
- Misdemeanor
- Up to nine months in prison (Can be increased by two years due to being a repeater)
- Disorderly conduct, repeater
- Misdemeanor
- Up to 90 days in prison (Can be increased by two years due to being a repeater)
Court records show Guion was scheduled to have his initial appearance on June 9, but it has not updated at this time. Arrest records indicate his cash bond was set at $5,000.

Guion played three seasons with Green Bay and last played for the team in the 2016 season. He was drafted in the fifth round of the 2008 NFL Draft by Minnesota.
